You arrive at Oslo Airport at 2:45. Since you’re flying between two Schengen countries you won’t have to go through customs or show your passsports.
I suggest you go to the Duty Free shop in the airport. It’s cheaper than you’ll pay at shops in town. You are EACH allowed:

If it simplifies things, you can just board the train and buy a ticket from the conductor. It costs $4 more than buying at the ticket machine inside the airport, which can sometimes be a slight hassle. Text me when you get on the train and I’ll be waiting at the outside curb at Skien Station. The train trip lasts 2 hours and 40 minutes.
